PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

This phase focuses on executing the action plan through various activities designed to achieve the project’s objectives.

●  Training: Conduct training sessions for stakeholders, including community members, local authorities, and project staff, to build capacity and ensure effective implementation.

●  Workshops: Organize workshops to disseminate knowledge, share best practices, and engage the community in the project.

●  Health Camps: Set up health camps to provide immediate medical services, conduct health check-ups, and promote health awareness.

● On-ground Activities: Implement other necessary on-ground activities as per the action plan, which could include building infrastructure, setting up facilities, or launching educational programs.
