Diagnostic Study and Initial Research

Purpose

The diagnostics phase is crucial for understanding the current situation, identifying gaps, and setting a baseline for future progress.

Activities

●  Needs Assessment: Collect data through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and observation to understand the needs of the target population or area.

●  Context Analysis: Study the social, economic, and environmental context to identify factors that influence the project.

●  Stakeholder Mapping: Identify and engage key stakeholders including community members, local authorities, NGOs, and other relevant parties.

●  Data Analysis: Analyze the collected data to identify patterns, key issues, and areas of intervention.

●  Reporting: Prepare a comprehensive report summarizing the findings and presenting actionable insights.
