PROGRAMME DESIGN & ACTION PLAN

This phase involves creating a strategic plan that outlines the objectives, methodologies, and steps needed to address the issues identified in the diagnostics phase.

●  Holistic Plan: Develop an overarching plan that addresses all aspects of the project, ensuring a comprehensive approach.

●  Development Plan: Break down the holistic plan into specific development areas such as health, education, infrastructure, etc.

●  Digital Mapping: Utilize GIS and other digital tools to create visual representations of data, resources, and intervention areas.

●  Blueprints: Develop detailed blueprints for infrastructural projects, if applicable.

●  Project Report: Compile a detailed project report outlining the action plan, including timelines, resources needed, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
